Bought a set of Michelin tires for my F250 King Ranch for a good price $1600. Tires were installed and front end aligned as recommended. I have had two tires replaced for balancing issues, which resolved the issue of uncontrollable shaking. A recent tire rotation has caused the issue of uncontrollable shaking to reoccur. A quick balance resolved the issue up to 65 plus miles an hour on the road. However, on my way to San Antonio yesterday truck speeds in excess of 75 mph were not possible. Truck shaking and rear end bounce were unsafe. So I am back at Pueblo tire to resolve this issue once again. I did explain to the Manager that defective tires can end up in a store. It is not impossible. I feel that the tires I purchased were the exactly what I paid for. Good price...not a great value. Here the rub...I could have purchased an entire set of tires from the Ford dealership for $1800. Ford certified quality tires that are speed rated for 20" inch rims. You live and you learn. I am hoping Pueblo tire does the right thing and make my tires whole again.

They did a great job with the requests I made. The only thing I didn't get when I did oil change was the checking of liquids. Other than that did a great job
