I have been a loyal Pueblo Tires customer for the past 7+ years. There are other places here in Brownsville which offer comparable services at lower service rates, but Pueblo Tires, always welcomes me and their service techs are always more than happy to go the extra mile to take care of my vehicle. That to me means more than trying to save a few bucks elsewhere. Thanks to all the Brownsville Pueblo Tires team.

The wait time for my oil change was very minimal. Staff was courteous.

Had to replace the tire in the wife's car. Even though the tire was fairly new (6 weeks old or so), it had to be replaced due to a road hazard puncture and the tire had been ruin due to running it flat. The service rep was courteous enough and explained what had to be done. The tire was replaced within an hour after obtaining it from the other facility.
