I was an employee at this wonderful company that thrived for the best customer service and great work environment and strong work ethic. I can truly say it's been one of the best companies I've worked for so far.

I've changed my oil myself many times, and I've had different shops change my oil on several occasions, but my experience at the Pueblo Total Lube in Alice, Texas was a different experience. I showed up a little before closing, fully expecting to get turned away, but Mr. Tony Gallegos welcomed me as though they were expecting my arrival. I was also greeted by a professional looking technician who gladly took my keys and asked me a few questions about the service I needed. After a few minutes of consultation and a few friendly suggestions, the crew immediately began working on my vehicle. It was done quickly, professionally and with much care for me and my vehicle. A good price for quality, professionalism and service are not common in today's world. That's enough to keep me as a loyal customer for life. Thank you Pueblo Total Lube and Mr. Gallegos for making my challenging life a little bit easier.

I am so impressed with the service I received in the McAllen (old 83)store. Javier did an excellent job with his customer service skills and took really good care of me because he noticed I wasn't feeling well. I will recommend Pueblo tires to everybody I know because I came out 100% satisfied with the service I received. Thank you so much! Keep up the great work.

I cannot say enough good things about the people , the professionalism, the honesty and the service of this team ! Earlier in the day I had gone to another well known tire store , I only needed a flat fixed . I was told that my tires were no good and I needed a new set . I told them I only wanted my flat fixed , they refused to help me. I pulled up to Pueblo tires at 5:35 , where I was helped immediately with a smile. I was told my tires were fine , my flat was fixed and I was out by 6:00 . I will definitely be back ! I had been a long time customer of the other tire store who refused to help me and lied to me , I will never return there again . A big Thank you to the guys at Pueblo Tire in Harlingen.......your awesome!!!!!
