They took care of the problem in a timely manner. Since I'm a lady it's important to feel comfortable at these places and this location does exactly that. The gentleman that served me even opened the door for me. That is important. Thank you pueblo tires of mission.

1. Great service as always. Came in to the Boca Chica Brownsville location to have a flat repair done on my wife's vehicle. As always, I give the service folks plenty of time so that they may not have to hurry through the whole repair phase and I have yet to experience a set-back. 2. On a side note, I have often wondered as to why Pueblo Tires has not considered offering the Diagnostic Scan Tool service as a courtesy to customers ( which is offered for FREE at other local service and parts businesses)? The service I speak of basically has to do with having one's vehicle Check Engine Light checked using a Diagnostic Scan Tool to verify a Coded Vehicle Performance fault. Businesses such as O'reilley's Auto, Auto-Zone, Advanced Auto to name a few, offer this service for free where as Pueblo tires charges for the same Scanning Service. Just thought that as a long time faithful customer I would bring some attention to the whole matter. I for one think it would be nice to have everything done at Pueblo Tires and not have to go to the mentioned businesses ( to save a few bucks) to find out what's going on with the Engine Light and then have to go by Pueblo Tires to get serviced. A free scanning followed up by a proper quote at the Pueblo Tire service location would surely make matters easier. Just my Two Cents.

I was very impressed and satisfied with Pueblo since my first visit. I have continued to have my car serviced and will continue to do so in the future. Everyone is so professional and hard working. David Muniz at the front desk is awesome, very friendly and professional as well as all the rest. CAN'T FORGET TO MENTION PUEBLO HAS THE BEST COFFEE IN TOWN!!!
