I cannot say enough good things about the people , the professionalism, the honesty and the service of this team ! Earlier in the day I had gone to another well known tire store , I only needed a flat fixed . I was told that my tires were no good and I needed a new set . I told them I only wanted my flat fixed , they refused to help me. I pulled up to Pueblo tires at 5:35 , where I was helped immediately with a smile. I was told my tires were fine , my flat was fixed and I was out by 6:00 . I will definitely be back ! I had been a long time customer of the other tire store who refused to help me and lied to me , I will never return there again . A big Thank you to the guys at Pueblo Tire in Harlingen.......your awesome!!!!!

Was there to get radiator check always scary to go to a new place. I highly recommended this location. Very polite and courteous service. I felt like I could trust them not to take advantage. I will go back again in a heartbeat.

Took my truck into the shop bc my rear view window on my tailgate had lost power. So I needed to have them check out the wiring. Paco H. at the San Juan location was phenomenal. He found the problem fairly quickly and decided to go the extra step to check out the second power source. He kept me informed along the way and called me frequently to update me on the progress. I had taken my truck in the morning and it was ready by the time I got out of work the same day. His professionalism, knowledge, and courtesy was greatly appreciated. I’d recommend anyone and everyone to take their vehicle in and ask for Paco. I’m sure without a doubt they’d be as impressed and satisfied by his excellent customer service and attentiveness as I was. Thank you Paco H..

Came in with a leaky valve stem on our RV and the gentleman in Kingsville were professional, knowledgeable and fast. Helped us out and got us on our way. Would highly recommend. Thank you for a good experience!
