I was very impressed with the service. I have never shopped at Pueblo before but I definitely will now. Your staff was courteous and very knowledgeable. On my visit I bought new tires & got an alignment, when I left I noticed my alignment wasn't perfect so I went back not knowing they were already closing but the tech that did my alignment gladly stayed opened extra so he can make sure I left happy with my alignment. I believe his name was Mando, great customer service on his part.

I went to get an oil change and I spoke to a salesperson named Santiago, he was very polite & courteous he gave me a quote of the final price of the oil change wich it was $22.00 daily special, after they drove my car in to the space where they performed the work Santiago gave a copy of a sheet they call "walk around" with some other recommendations such as tires & wheel alignment, also they recommended to replace my belt and struts due to mileage, for me I think this is one of the best services that they provide first because its free and also because it gives me the chance to know the real problems of my car, of course after they told me about my tires and the alignment I had it done saving my self from a lot of trouble and also being safe on the road not just for me but also for other drivers, so I really recommend all my friends and people that I know to go pueblo tires in Edinburg and ask for Santiago and he is going really help you.
